How to maintain your company profile
These master data appear later in import, customs and invoices. Every field is editable — save real values as soon as you have them.
- Enter VAT and EORI (or keep a temporary placeholder).
- Enable “can import” if your company may act as importer.
- Create facilities (plants/warehouses) and deactivate if needed.
- Review approvals and outbox — binding steps need human confirmation.
